1. What we collect
Account data: username, email address and a bcrypt hash of your password (we cannot see the password itself). Financial data: your balance, deposit references and order history. Support data: messages you send through the contact form. Waitlist data: your email address, used only for launch and research announcements.
2. What we never collect
Social media passwords — orders run on public usernames and links only. Full card numbers — payments are processed by external payment providers and card data never touches our servers. We also do not buy, sell or enrich user data with third-party data brokers.
3. How data is used
To operate your account, process deposits and orders, respond to support requests, and send the launch/waitlist emails you signed up for. We do not send marketing email to registered users without consent, and every bulk email contains an unsubscribe link.
4. Cookies
We set one strictly-necessary session cookie to keep you signed in. There are no third-party advertising or tracking cookies on this site.
5. Retention and deletion
Account data is kept while your account is active. Email [email protected] from your registered address to request account deletion; we remove personal data within 30 days, keeping only transaction records we are legally required to retain.
