About Upzuro
The panel that tests before it sells
Upzuro started in 2026with a simple observation: the SMM panel industry runs on unverifiable claims. Star ratings with no reviews behind them, "instant" services that start in days, refill guarantees that die in the ticket queue. We are building the alternative — a panel where every listed number has a measurement behind it, and the research is public before the first sale.
Principles
Three rules we operate by
Measure first
We don't list a service we haven't ordered ourselves. Delivery windows and drop rates on the order form come from our test data, not supplier promises.
Publish the ugly numbers
Our blog reports what we actually found — including drop rates over 60% on services other panels happily sell. If the data embarrasses the industry, it ships anyway.
Say what we won't do
No password requests. No fake review counters. No 'guaranteed viral' promises. The limits are written into our terms, not buried in support replies.
Team
Who writes the research
Dara Quinn
Head of Growth Research
Dara has run paid and organic growth for creator brands since 2019 and now leads Upzuro's testing program: real orders on real panels, measured drop rates, published spreadsheets. She writes the data-led pieces.
Milo Arker
Platform Policy Analyst
Milo tracks the terms of service, enforcement patterns and API rules of every major social platform. Before Upzuro he moderated a 2M-member community network and dealt with the enforcement side first-hand.
Sena Volt
Social Commerce Editor
Sena covers the buyer side of the industry: how ordering works, what refill guarantees really mean, and how to vet a panel before paying. Ten years writing for e-commerce and creator-economy publications.
Watch us work
The testing program, the data sets, the platform-policy research — it all lands on the blog first.
