Buy Instagram Followers: PassTheVote Sells Ads, Most Don't

SVSena Volt · Social Commerce Editor September 29, 2026 13 min read

Searching buy Instagram followers PassTheVote leads to an ad agency, not a follower panel: PassTheVote says it buys Meta, TikTok, Google and YouTube ad space to send real users to your profile. The other names people search next, from GoRead to Socibly, sell delivered followers, and UseViral's Instagram page now redirects to another brand. Every mini-review below reflects vendor pages as we read them on 29 September 2026.

On this page

Why Does a Buy Instagram Followers PassTheVote Search End at an Ad Agency?

Because PassTheVote does not sell followers. Its homepage describes a paid-advertising service, "We create and run paid advertising campaigns on major platforms to drive real users to your profile", buying space on TikTok Ads, Meta Ads, Google Ads and YouTube Ads, and it asks only for a public link (PassTheVote homepage, September 2026). No prices are published. That makes it the odd one out in a search cluster where every other brand belongs to a panel that pushes accounts onto your follower list directly.

That difference outweighs any price. An ad campaign buys impressions; some of the people who see the ad choose to follow, and nobody can promise how many. A follower panel sells a count, delivered by accounts that did not choose anything. PassTheVote also says all its campaigns "follow platform advertising policies", and on the ad-buying side that is at least checkable, because Meta puts ads through its own review before they are shown. No follower panel's checkout passes through anything similar. So if you typed buy Instagram followers PassTheVote because a list called it a follower seller, the list was wrong about the product. An ad route prices reach, not followers, which means there is no honest per-follower figure to compare against the $1.43 or $2.99 entry packages below.

An agency's claim can be checked in a way a panel's cannot. Meta's Ad Library lists every active ad running on Facebook and Instagram, searchable by the Page or account that runs it, so before paying any agency, ask which account the campaign will run under and look it up once the campaign is due to start. If no ad appears there while followers arrive, the "campaign" is a follower order with a nicer invoice. Ask as well for the targeting in writing, since a real campaign can name its countries, age range and budget per day, and a delivered-follower order cannot. PassTheVote's homepage carries testimonials and a "Real Growth. Real Numbers." heading but no sample campaign report we could find as of September 2026, which is the document worth requesting.

When we requested the sites of the eleven names in this cluster on 29 September 2026, six returned an error to a plain request: GoRead, Stormlikes.com, G2G's category pages, Getafollower, Poprey and SocialWick. The Seattle Met list that sends many of these searches had been removed. That ratio is the first finding, and it shapes every entry below. Bot protection that routinely blocks automated readers may explain some of those refusals, so open any vendor's own terms page in a normal browser before paying; each mini-review below says where its facts came from and marks what stayed unconfirmed. For the wider argument about who assembles these rankings and why they disagree, four rankings that disagree is the longer read.

Why Do Buy Instagram Followers Seattle Met Searches Land on a 404?

Because the Seattle Met page is gone. Google still indexes a sponsored article at seattlemet.com under the path /sponsored/2025/09/, titled "Best Sites to Buy Instagram Followers & Likes (Safe, Effective)", and on 29 September 2026 that URL returned HTTP 404 Not Found. Anyone who searches buy Instagram followers Seattle Met today is navigating to an advert the magazine has already taken down. A reader who ordered on its advice now has no copy of the claims that sold the order, which argues for screenshotting a list's promises first.

Its path gave the game away before it vanished.

Paid "best sites" rankings on news domains are an industry of their own, and each outlet files them under its own label.

The Daily Illini runs "Top 6 Sites to Buy Instagram Followers (Secret List)" in a Sponsored category, with Buzzoid first (Daily Illini, November 2025). Los Gatan published "7 Best Sites to Buy Instagram Followers in 2026" under the line "This article was contributed by JAB Marketing", ranking Bulkoid, ViralHQ, FastPromo, SocialWick and Poprey as its first five (Los Gatan, July 2026). Newspapers in the Lee Enterprises group, tucson.com and buffalonews.com among them, carry near-identical lists under /exclusive/ paths. Buzzoid and Twicsy sit on both lists we could read in full, yet one crowns Buzzoid and the other Bulkoid. A list that crowns a different winner each time is selling the crown.

Labels are the disclosure: the FTC's native advertising guide says an ad should not suggest it is anything other than an ad, and words like "Sponsored" are how outlets meet that rule. Google's spam policies separately define site reputation abuse as third-party content published on a host site mainly because of that host's established ranking signals, while exempting advertorial content aimed at readers rather than rankings. Which side of that line a given list falls on is Google's call. What a buyer can see is simpler: the ranking was paid for, and its order describes a placement deal, not the followers.

How to Buy Real Instagram Followers EyeXNews Answers With Reels

The EyeXNews page is not a ranking. Its article titled "How to Buy Real Instagram Followers Eyexnews", bylined Kaxivon Bliss and undated, spends five H2s on Reels hooks, community building and content batching, and mentions buying only to say organic growth worked better for its author. Other pages on the site follow the same pattern, a search phrase plus the site's name (one is titled Tiktok Subtitles Eyexnews), so the headline exists to catch the query rather than answer it. Its one statistic is a Hootsuite figure it quotes: engagement of about 4.5% for accounts under 5,000 followers against about 1.7% above 100,000 (Hootsuite via EyeXNews, 2023). If organic growth is what you came for, the organic route covers what that word can and cannot mean on a paid order.

Buy Instagram Followers Richmond Has No Local Supply

No Richmond vendor exists, because follower supply is not local. Results for this search mix Richmond influencer directories on collabstr.com with the same national lists that run on Lee newspapers. The closest thing to geography on any vendor page we could read is country targeting: Socibly offers Global, Brazil, Turkey, USA and Spain, and iGinstant sells a "USA-based" premium tier against "Mixed Countries" as standard. Nobody sells followers from a city. A Richmond business that needs local reach is looking at a location-targeted ad, which Meta lets you aim at a city or a radius around an address, or at a paid post with a local creator whose audience already lives there. Either one leaves a record of who saw it. Choosing by goal first walks through that decision.

Which of the Ten Vendors Sells What?

Seven of the ten sell delivered followers from their own storefronts, one is a marketplace of third-party sellers, one brand name belongs to at least five unrelated companies, and one no longer sells Instagram followers at all. The table records what we could read on 29 September 2026. "Not readable" means the vendor's site refused the request, and we will not repeat a price we could only see in someone else's snippet as if it had been checked. Three prices below come from vendor product pages; everything else is marked. Buzzoid, Famoid and iDigic appear on the same publisher lists and have their own reviews on this blog, the Buzzoid refill review and Famoid against iDigic, so they are left out here.

Payment method is the column the lists never print, and it decides what happens when a refill is refused. Of the vendors whose checkout we could read, Socibly takes Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay and crypto, UseViral takes the major cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and crypto, and iGinstant takes debit and credit cards through Stripe (vendor listings, September 2026). A card or PayPal payment leaves you a dispute route through your bank or the payment provider if an order never arrives. A crypto payment leaves you nothing but the vendor's goodwill. Pay the first, smallest order by card even where crypto is discounted.

Buy Instagram Followers GoRead: The Results Belong to Other Hosts

GoRead's own site refused our fetcher, and results for its name are led by pages hosted on climatebase.org and a support subdomain of wwd.com rather than by goread.io. Its search title advertises 100 followers for $1.43 while a second snippet shows $1.79, so treat the entry price as unconfirmed. Look-alike domains (goread.net, goreads.io, goread.com) carry separate reviews; check the address bar before the rating. At that price point, cheap tiers held to day 30 is the benchmark worth applying.

Buy Instagram Followers UseViral: The Instagram Page Now Redirects

UseViral's /buy-instagram-followers page answered our request on 29 September 2026 with a 301 redirect to tikboostly.com. Its homepage lists twelve platforms, and Instagram is not one of them. The brand still advertises a 30-day refill and says no password is required, but those terms now describe other products, and anyone arriving from an older list is handed to a different company.

Stormlikes: One Domain Sells, the Other Reviews

Stormlikes is two businesses. The .com site is the vendor and blocked our request; stormlikes.net is an editorial site that states "We don't sell these services" and sends readers to providers through disclosed affiliate links. A recommendation found on the .net domain is a commissioned pointer to someone else.

Buy Instagram Followers iGinstant: The Start Time Is a Live Field

iGinstant's page was the most readable of the ten. It lists 100 High Quality followers at $2.99, 1,000 at $12.99 and 1,000 Premium at $58.99, with drip-feed schedules from 2 to 20 days and a "Current Start-time: 0-10 minutes" field (vendor listings, September 2026). It also says "Permanent followers guaranteed" while its own FAQ names a 365-day warranty, and those two statements cannot both be the operative term. The 1,000 figure is the unit most buyers start with, and one unit of 1,000 prices it across the market.

Buy Instagram Followers G2G: A Marketplace, Not a Vendor

G2G is a gaming and digital-goods marketplace where independent sellers list Instagram engagement and, in a separate category, Instagram accounts. There is no single G2G refill policy, because each offer carries its seller's own terms. The account category is the sharper problem: Instagram's Terms of Use say you can't buy, sell or transfer any aspect of your account, so a purchased account breaks the rules before a single follower arrives. If a store-style checkout is what you are after, follower apps carry their own trade-offs.

Getafollower: Sold Through Newspaper Pages

Getafollower's site refused our requests, and most people who buy Instagram followers Getafollower-branded arrive from /exclusive/ listicles on Lee Enterprises newspapers such as tucson.com. Those lists describe country targeting and drip feed; we could not confirm either on the vendor's own page. Test the targeting first, since active followers from the wrong region are still inactive for you.

Instaboost: Check Which One You Found

At least five sellers use the name: instaboost.co, instaboostnow.com in the UK, instaboostpanel.com in India, instaboost.ge and instaboo.st. Whoever sets out to buy Instagram followers Instaboost-branded should match the domain first. The .co site lists 500 followers for $19, promises to "send you more real followers for free within 48 hours", and says it uses real ads, which puts it closer to PassTheVote's claim than to a panel's. The word real is doing heavy lifting on all five, and followers that engage tests what it ought to mean.

Poprey: Four Country Storefronts

Poprey trades on poprey.com, poprey.co.uk, poprey.us and poprey.it, and it ranked fifth on the Los Gatan list contributed by JAB Marketing. People who buy Instagram followers Poprey-branded from the UK or US storefront are dealing with the same brand under a local domain. Its main site refused our requests, so its prices and refill window stay unconfirmed here.

SocialWick: The Refill Window Depends on Who Quotes It

SocialWick ranked fourth on the same contributed list. Search snippets for its pages disagree about the refill window, one saying 60 days and another 90, and its site refused our requests. Until you read the term on socialwick.com itself, neither number is a promise, and anyone planning to buy Instagram followers SocialWick-branded should screenshot that term before paying.

Buy Instagram Followers Socibly: The Fullest Written Terms

Socibly published the most complete terms of the ten. It lists 50 packages from $1.49 to $2,999.99 and a free refill for followers lost within 30 days. It also promises a refund if delivery has not started within 24 hours, a 24-to-72-hour drip, and the line "We will NEVER ask for your password" (vendor listings, September 2026). The top of that range is bulk territory, and bulk orders at 100k explains why size changes the risk more than the price.

Which Vendor Promise Is Still True on Day 30?

Very few, and none of the ten publishes the number that would settle it. Every vendor above describes the start of an order: a start time, a delivery speed, a "real" or "high quality" label. None prints what share of a 1,000-follower order is still on the profile a month later, which is the only figure that tells you what you paid for.

We can supply the market-wide range. In our August 2026 test orders, 30-day retention on budget follower services ran from 60% to 95% depending on tier, and refill windows on the cheapest listings were commonly 30 days or shorter (our testing, August 2026). Read together, a 30-day refill, the term UseViral and Socibly both print, looks like a warranty that expires as the losses start. Separately, we monitored 24 accounts that ordered followers through third-party panels between May and August 2026: none was suspended, nine lost between 10% and 35% of the purchased count within six weeks, and two received in-app warnings (our testing, August 2026). Both warned accounts had taken several thousand followers inside 48 hours.

Retention changes the price more than any discount does. Take iGinstant's 1,000 High Quality followers at $12.99. If 950 are still there on day 30, each surviving follower cost about 1.4 cents; if 600 remain, the same order cost about 2.2 cents per survivor, a rise of roughly 58% that appears on no checkout page. Socibly's $1.49 entry and GoRead's advertised $1.43 invite the same sum, and the sum only works once you have your own day-30 count. So the vendor with the lowest sticker price is not the cheapest one; the cheapest is whichever keeps the most of what you paid for past its own refill window.

That gives you a way to read any listing on these publisher pages. Speed was the one variable we saw line up with warnings, so a vendor advertising a 10-minute start is advertising your risk, not its quality. The three clocks behind an instant order are start, completion and the drop that follows.

Only the first appears on a sales page.

Does Instagram Treat a GoRead Order Differently From a UseViral One?

It does not. Instagram writes its rules about behaviour, not brands. Its Community Guidelines ask users not to artificially collect likes, followers or shares, and Meta's spam policy prohibits selling, buying or exchanging engagement such as likes, shares, views and follows. No vendor can carve its orders out of that, whatever its checkout copy says.

Here is the honest limit. Buying followers from any of these ten breaks Instagram's terms, and the realistic penalty in our monitoring was a shrinking count rather than a ban. A larger count does not buy reach, sales, or credibility with anyone who checks your engagement rate. In the United States there is a second layer: since the FTC's reviews rule took effect on 21 October 2024, 16 CFR 465.8 treats buying fake indicators of social media influence as unfair or deceptive when the buyer knew or should have known they were fake and uses them to misrepresent influence for a commercial purpose (FTC, 2024). Whether buying is allowed at all is the question that post settles clause by clause.

One rule has no exceptions. Follower orders run on a public username or profile link. A vendor, a marketplace seller or a "free trial" form that asks for your Instagram password is running a different business, and our feature checklist for follower buyers treats that request as a hard stop.

A Ten-Minute Check Before Paying Any Name on a List

Open the vendor's own domain, not the list.

Four checks cover most of the risk, and all of them take place before payment. Confirm the domain matches the one a review describes, because GoRead, Instaboost and Stormlikes each have look-alikes or namesakes. Find the refill window in days on the product page itself, since SocialWick's shows up as 60 or 90 depending on who quotes it. Read what voids a refill claim: a private profile, a username change, or a second order from another seller placed on top of the first. Then check who answers support, by sending one question and timing the reply. When we vetted 40 panels in August, 9 of them had no working support channel at all, and 14 failed three or more of our basic checks (our testing, August 2026).

If a site will not load, or its terms exist only in a publisher's summary, you have already learned what a refund request will feel like. The fuller routine is in how buying actually works.

Why Upzuro Prints a Drop Rate Instead of a Rank

A rank tells you who paid for position. A drop rate tells you what you will still own in six weeks.

That is the switch we are building toward, and it is why this page carries no ranking of its own. Upzuro's service catalog is not open as of September 2026. When it opens, each follower line will carry its measured 30-day drop rate and its refill label, printed next to the price, so the comparison a publisher list skips sits on the product page itself. Our published range for budget tiers, 60% to 95% retained at day 30, is the yardstick every one of those lines will be measured against. Until then, hold the budget, or test any vendor above with its smallest package and count the profile on day 1, day 7 and day 30 before you order again. A vendor that cannot survive that test did not deserve its place on the list.

Frequently asked questions

Is it safe to buy Instagram followers Poprey sells?
It is not safe in the sense most buyers mean, and that applies to every vendor on these lists, not only Poprey. Instagram's rules prohibit artificially collecting followers, so any order can be removed. Poprey trades on four country domains and ranked fifth on a July 2026 list contributed by JAB Marketing to Los Gatan, but its main site refused our requests on 29 September 2026, so we could not confirm its refill term. Across 24 accounts we monitored from May to August 2026, none was suspended and nine lost 10% to 35% of the purchase within six weeks. Test the smallest package first and never share a password.
Should I buy Instagram followers SocialWick lists with a 60- or 90-day refill?
Only after reading the refill term on socialwick.com yourself, because the two numbers come from different snippets and we could not confirm either on 29 September 2026. A 90-day window would outlast the six-week period in which we saw most losses, while a 60-day one might not. SocialWick ranked fourth on a contributed list published by Los Gatan, which tells you it earned or paid for placement, not how long its followers stay. If the product page does not state the window in days and what voids it, treat the refill as absent when you compare it with other vendors.
Can I buy Instagram followers Getafollower targets by country?
The newspaper lists that promote Getafollower say it offers country targeting, but its own site refused our requests on 29 September 2026, so the claim is unconfirmed. Country options are real elsewhere: Socibly lists Global, Brazil, Turkey, USA and Spain, and iGinstant sells a USA-based premium tier. If you buy Instagram followers iGinstant sells, or buy Instagram followers Socibly lists by country, know that targeting changes who the accounts claim to be, not whether they interact. When people buy Instagram followers, Richmond or any other city is not an option on any page we read.
Which company do I get when I buy Instagram followers Instaboost advertises?
Possibly any of five unrelated ones, which is the main risk with this name. We found instaboost.co, instaboostnow.com, instaboostpanel.com, instaboost.ge and instaboo.st, each with its own terms and payment routes. The .co site lists 500 followers for 19 dollars and promises to send more real followers for free within 48 hours, and says it uses real ads. Reviews written about one Instaboost do not transfer to another, so match the exact domain in any review against the one in your address bar before you pay anything.
Is it worth trying to buy Instagram followers G2G sellers offer?
Rarely, because on a marketplace the terms change with every seller and the account category adds a second rule break. G2G lists Instagram engagement and Instagram accounts from independent sellers, and Instagram's Terms of Use say you cannot buy, sell or transfer any aspect of your account. A seller's refill promise is only as good as that seller. If you still order, pick a listing that states a refill window in days, pay through the platform rather than off-site, and never hand over a password. When you buy Instagram followers, GoRead-style storefronts at least keep one domain you can hold to account, while a marketplace seller can simply close the listing.
Where did the Seattle Met list of follower sites go?
It returned HTTP 404 on 29 September 2026, although Google still indexes it under a sponsored path from September 2025. People who search to buy Instagram followers, UseViral included, often land on lists like it, which are paid placements. The same kind of page runs on the Daily Illini under Sponsored and on Lee newspapers under exclusive paths. A vendor listed there is not vetted by the publisher. Read the How to Buy Real Instagram Followers EyeXNews page for what it is, an organic-growth article, and check every vendor on its own domain before paying.
