General
What is Upzuro?
Upzuro is a social media marketing (SMM) panel: a self-service platform where creators, brands and agencies order engagement — followers, likes, views, comments — for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X and other networks. We are currently in pre-launch: accounts, deposits and the ordering system are live, and the service catalog opens once it clears our internal quality testing.
How is Upzuro different from other SMM panels?
Two things: measurement and honesty. Every service must pass delivery-speed and 30-day drop-rate testing before it is listed, and the numbers you see on the order form are measured results, not marketing copy. We also publish our research openly on the blog, including results that make the industry look bad.
Is buying social media engagement legal?
In most jurisdictions, yes — no law prohibits paying for followers or likes. It does, however, violate the terms of service of major platforms, which can remove purchased engagement or limit reach. We explain each platform's actual written policy and enforcement pattern in our blog research rather than pretending the risk is zero.
Do you offer a free trial?
At launch we plan small trial allocations for waitlist members so you can judge quality with your own account before spending. Details land in the launch email — join the waitlist on the homepage to get them.
Are results permanent?
No panel can honestly promise permanence. Platforms continuously purge inauthentic activity, so some level of drop is normal everywhere. What we do differently is measure the 30-day drop rate of every service before listing it and label refill terms clearly, so you know what you are buying.
Account & Security
Do I need to give you my account password?
Never. Orders run entirely on public information — your username or a link to the post, video or channel. Any service, ours or anyone else's, that asks for your password is a scam signal. This pledge is written into our Terms of Service.
How do I create an account?
Click Sign up, choose a username, enter your email and a password of at least 8 characters, accept the terms, and you are in. It takes under a minute and there is no charge to register.
I forgot my password. What do I do?
Contact support from the email address on your account via the contact page and we will verify ownership and reset it. A self-service reset flow ships with the public launch.
Is my personal data safe?
We store the minimum needed to run your account: username, email, hashed password, balance and order history. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt, payments run through external processors so card data never touches our servers, and we do not sell or share user data. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
Payments & Wallet
How do deposits work?
You top up a wallet balance and orders are charged against it. Minimum deposit is $5, maximum $10,000 per transaction, and your balance never expires. Every deposit gets a reference code you can track in your transaction history.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Card, cryptocurrency and bank transfer options are being finalized for launch. Crypto confirmations typically credit within minutes of network confirmation; bank transfers can take 1-3 business days.
Can I get a refund?
Wallet balance that has not been spent on orders is refundable on request within 30 days of deposit, minus any processor fees. Completed orders are generally non-refundable, but failed or non-started orders are always re-credited in full. The exact policy lives in our Terms.
Why is my deposit pending?
Card payments credit instantly; crypto credits after network confirmation; bank transfers credit when the transfer clears. If a deposit stays pending longer than the stated window, open a ticket with your reference code and we will trace it.
Orders & Services
When will services be available?
The catalog opens as soon as it clears our internal quality program: three consecutive on-time test deliveries and a measured 30-day drop rate per service. Waitlist members get first access plus a launch bonus on their first deposit.
How do I place an order?
Once services are live: pick a platform and service, paste the public link you want boosted, choose a quantity within the service's min-max range, and confirm. The charge is deducted from your balance and delivery starts within the service's listed start window.
What do the order statuses mean?
Pending means the order is queued with the provider. Processing means delivery has started. Completed means the full quantity was delivered. Partial means delivery stopped early — the undelivered remainder is automatically re-credited to your balance. Canceled means nothing was delivered and the full charge was returned.
What is drip-feed?
Drip-feed spreads a large order over hours or days instead of delivering everything at once, which looks more natural to platform algorithms. Services supporting drip-feed will show the option at order time.
What does the refill label mean?
Refill means dropped units are re-delivered free within the stated window (30-365 days depending on the service). No-refill services are cheaper but carry the drop risk. Lifetime refill re-delivers drops for as long as the service exists. The label is shown on every service before you order.
